Over the past year, he has built the talent function from the ground up, delivering all hiring in-house and supporting the company’s growth across engineering, product, compliance, and commercial teams. His focus is on finding and engaging high-quality talent, while continuously improving how ANNA hires — from candidate experience to process and tooling.
Before joining ANNA, Luke spent his career in talent and recruitment, partnering with high-growth tech companies on hiring strategy and scaling teams.
Big believer that recruitment should feel human, not corporate.
Outside of work, I’m normally spending time with family & friends, watching football, or thinking about my next overly ambitious house project.
